Chemlock Nutrition Announces Simon Walley as Chief Executive Officer

Cincinnati, OH – December 1, 2025 — Chemlock Nutrition, a leading developer of advanced mineral and vitamin technologies for animal nutrition, today announced the appointment of Simon Walley as Chief Executive Officer.

Simon brings more than 25 years of global experience across the human and animal nutrition sectors, having held senior leadership and board roles at Fonterra, Danisco Animal Nutrition (now IFF), Biomin (now DSM-Firmenich), and most recently served as President of ADM Animal Nutrition North America.

Founders Remain Deeply Engaged in Strategy and Innovation

Chemlock Nutrition co-founders Arun Mehan and Kris Mehan will remain integrally involved in day-to-day operations.  Arun will serve as Chairman and Kris will serve as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chair.
