Our End-to-End Full Stack Quality® program spans raw materials, manufacturing, and final product validation to ensure every ingredient meets our high standards. From start to finish, we check every detail — so you can trust that our ingredients are effective, safe and the most useful products on the market.
TESTING
All products and product batches are tested at the plant site.
Random batches are pulled for 3rd party verification by independent labs. With some products (like Nutrilock® TBCC and Nutrilock® Chromium), every single batch is tested at an independent lab.
If the analyses do not meet Chemlock’s specification standards, the batch is either rejected or reprocessed to further purify the product until it meets our E2EFSQ® standards.
Chemlock Nutrition only contracts with facilities that have independent quality and systems certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22001, Fami-Qs, HACCP, SafeFeed/SafeFood, and/or GMP.
STORAGE AND SHIPPING
Chemlock Nutrition only stores products in FDA-registered warehouses.
Our LTL shipments are only shipped on trucks with compatible food-grade products.
SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
We keep every customer updated from before the order ships > to where it is in transit > and finally delivery confirmation.
If a product arrives damaged, we will refund the loss/damage, no questions asked.
If a Chemlock shipment arrives late and causes any inconvenience for the customer, we automatically issue a ChemlockCredit™ for use on future orders — even if the delay was outside of our control.
